Are People Without Facebook Profiles People Too?

The answer is probably not. By and large, if you are a child of the 80s and don’t have a Facebook profile, you don’t exist. Passport? National ID Card? Birth Certificate? Social Security Number? Citizenship Card? These are all entities of the Old World. We are part of a generation where your identity, moral character and life charter are only as good as your Facebook profile.
