Please Help?

I turned twenty-three yesterday. It really seems like the years are picking up speed… and that’s terribly frightening. Thank you everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday. Alas, it has been anything but happy. As I noted in my previous entry, my nineteen year old cousin Nima is in dire need of a bone marrow transplant.
