As a former incurance claims adjuster for a very large and well known Canlifornia and national insurer I have to say your anger and vitriol is absolutely justified. Thanks for the honesty. Insurance companies are run by greedy bastards with MBAs, designed to enrichen themselves at your expense.
BTW, I was considering Western Mutual-Residence Mutual for homeowners until I read you post. Thanks for the tip.

I feel really bad for you……There must be a reason why they are not paying…Maybe they feel the claim is not Legit. I had Residence Mutual for 3 years, filed to claims $1300 and $3900, Vandalism and Wind roof damage and got paid immediately, but then they dropped me and I just signed up with Allied…Great company soo far, but let’s see what happens. I loved what you wrote, I would find out why they are not covering the loss and typically a Deductible is $500 or $1000, strange that your is only $300. BOTTOM LINE…GET AN ATTORNEY ASAP AND SEE WHAT YOUR RIGHTS ARE IN ACCORDANCE TO RE-IMBURSEMENT!
