Verbal Dyslexia

I am not sure I understand what is going on here but I seem to sometimes suffer from what I can only rationally dub verbal dyslexia. It’s as though the words come out of my mouth backwards. I don’t get it. For example, I tried to say “A bagel please” but “A gabel please” came out. What’s wrong with my mouth?! Could this be some sort of clinical condition or am I just dumb? Somehow I fear the latter.
