Election Day

The world watches as America’s finest hour rolls forth. I am exceptionally nervous as I am well aware that this is probably the most important election I will see in my lifetime. The direction of a nation and the true cry of the people has never before been so important as is today, November 2nd 2004. I eagerly scan CNN.com’s Election Results, hoping for some sort of indication… some sort of divine message…

As of noon, Bush: 0 / Kerry: 0.
As of 4:00pm, Bush: 34 / Kerry: 3.
As of 5:00pm, Bush: 66 / Kerry: 77.
As of 6:00pm, Bush: 155 / Kerry: 112.
As of midnight, Bush: 249 / Kerry: 242.
As of 3:00am, Bush: 254 / Kerry: 252.

It’s official, whoever wins Ohio wins Presidency.
