There’s nothing like…

Well, there’s nothing like noticing a mistake in your paycheck for an extra 32 hours of paid work. And there’s nothing like being a good employee and informing your General Manager regarding this alleged mistake. And there’s nothing like being told that “There is no mistake, you did work all those hours” and savoring the thought of an excess, unplanned (but deathly necessary) $800 in your pocket. Yum.

There’s also nothing like waking up at the crack of dawn, while though it’s slightly light outside, the air is crisp and cool… and you realize you can sleep for another three solid hours next to your soft and warm significant other. Yum.
