I know I say this every time it rains, but in all honesty, Californians’ simply do not know how to drive in even the most modest of weathers. Fortunately, the weather is only sketchy maybe thirty days out of the year. Oh, how I do love Californian sun.. and girls.

I agree. These motherfuckers drive like it is a sunny day, and then crash into light-polls and cause even more traffic.
